INCREASED SECURITY

Homework's seamlessly integrates with home security systems. In the event of an alarm, interior lights turn on, illuminating a safe exit, while exterior lights flash, thereby drawing immediate attention.

Homework's provides security by allowing clients to turn all lights on instantly from a single button press. Homework's makes a home safer by automatically turning on landscape and security lighting each night. A built-in astronomical time clock intelligently adjusts for changing sunrise and sunset times throughout the year.

DESIGN AND CONTROL FLEXIBILTY

Homework's systems are very flexible. Solutions exist for residences of any size. After the installation, keypads may be easily reconfigured to accommodate new control requirements.

ADDED CONVENIENCE

Control any light in a home from any Homework's keypad. This eliminates the tedious task of walking around the home to set the right lighting for daily activities or special occasions as keypad buttons can be programmed to turn on/off any zones of light.

SCENE SETTING

Any key on any keypad can be set to bring groups or single circuits of lights on at the required level(providing that the light fittings are dimmable!) be it an 'arrived home scene' that lights the entrance/hallway/stairs or a scene for watching TV or a 'leaving home scene' that turns off all lights inside but delays at the exit so that you are not leaving in the dark.

OCCUPATION SENSORS

Any room can be equipped with occupation sensors and can be programmed to only turn lights on or off or both – when it detects that there is no one in the room for a period of time. These are usually used in garages/bathrooms or hallways.

Lighting is key to making a property both comfortable and attractive. Lutron lighting systems also add flexibility factor and ease of use for the end user. It also has the advantage of being upgradable and being easy to update to suit the customer throughout ownership.

AMX Control

Lutron systems also have the added convenience of being able to be integrated with other products such as as AMX control to provide easy access to control lights and blinds from . Lutron also manufacture their own shades and blackout blinds, which are directly controllable from the lutron system - allowing lighting and blinds to be controlled on a single keypad.

AMX control systems are one of the market leaders in integration systems. These systems take away the need for multiple remotes for equipment in your residence. It also removes the need to understand how everything works as the system is programmed to do all this for you. So, for example, you press the TV button, the TV turns on - the amplifier turns on and set the volume correctly and the system select the TV to show your satellite box and the central system selects the audio for your satellite box to the room you are in....... Simple!

Finished? press the system off button and everything turns off.... Simple!

AMX control can now be used in conjunction with iPads/Android tablets/iPhones, which act as a fully functioning AMX touchscreen but at about a third of the cost of a standard wireless touchscreen.
